Where are documents stored and who can see them?
By default, only the Payroll privileged role has access to these forms and files. These are securely held on the platform for a default 18 days - unless your organisation is using the ongoing platform to store HR files and info, and to display certain info to managers.
Which plan includes HR forms?
Standard HR forms are available on all plans; custom forms can be added at Flexible tier.
